Mrs. Ahrin L. Atkins
Mrs. Mary Frances Atkins, wife of Alvin Lloyd Atkins of Sperryville, died Thursday, August 20, 1964 at her home. Daughter of the late Lloyd Atkins and Martha Atkins, she was 56. Survivors besides her husband include four sisters. Miss Sally Atkins, Mrs. Brook Dodson and Mrs. Ashby Pulley all of Sperryville and Mrs. Virgie Atkins of Flint Hill; and one brother, Lee Atkins, Sperryville. A funeral service was cmiducted Saturday at Beech Spring Regular Baptist Church of which Mrs. Atkins was a member, with Elder Wayne Richards officiating. Interment was in Sperryville cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roy Leakq Bobby Wilson Atkins, Jonas Jenkins, James Atkins, Mack Dodson, Cecil Atkins, Alson Atkins and Roy Atkins. Geest Funeral Parlors were in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. George Noakes
Mrs. Fannie Bertie Noakes, 79, of Woodville, widow oi George D. Noakes, died Sunday, August 9, 1964, while or a visit at Madison. She was t native of Rappahannock County.
She is survived by one foster daughter, Mrs. Julia Beasley of Madison, and two foster grandchildren, Jan nett anc Inez Marie Beasley. A funeral service was held Friday, August 14, at Shiloh Baptist Church, Woodville, oi which she was a member, The Rev. C. H. Sanford conducted the last rites, with interment following in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were Howard Jones, Howard Butler, John Haney, Charles Jaekson, Thomas Wiggington and Newton Jackson.

Mrs. Minnie Flint Haney oi Boston, wife of John Haney, died Thursday, August 20, 1964, at her residence. Daughter of the late James Jacksor and Mollie Grigsby, his wife, and a native of Rappahannoc) County, she was 68. Besides her husband, she If survived by one son, Johnny Haney of Falls Church; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Jackson of Boston; eight grandchildren; five brothers, Haywood Jackson of LeRoy, N, Y., General Jackson of LeRoy, N. Y„ Pete Jackson of Rochester, N. Y., Robert Jacksor of Caledonia, N. Y., and Jafut Jackson of Culpeper; and one sister, Mrs. Etta Strother oi Griffinsburg. A funeral service was hel< Sunday, August 23, at 2:3( p.m., at Shiloh Baptist Chur cl Woodville, with interment it the church cemetery. The Rev C. H. Sanford, pastor of th« church, officiated.
