Resolutions
Whereas, Nelson Atkins was a beloved and trusted friend of the Flint Hill community; Whereas, Nelson Atkins was a charter member of the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company and served faithfully for ten years as Assistant Fire Chief; Whereas, Almighty God through His Divine Providence has removed Nelson Atkins from our midst; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company expresses its loss and the loss of the community on the death of Nelson Atkins. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be printed in the Rappahannock News and a copy be spread on the minutes book of the Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company.
