Mr. Ferrier will be visiting his sister Mrs. Irving Wolf in Woodville and has graciously consented to contribute this offer of entertainment to the community. It should prove interesting to all ages. Other activities planned for the young people will be the Annual Coffee to be held at Trinity Parish Hall December 27 immediately following the morning service for students, and their families and friends from all denominations and sections of the county. Mrs. R.' V. Snead and Mrs. G. H. Davis, Jr. will be joint hostesses. A special showing for area young people of the Religious Art Exhibit at the Library will be held that afternoon from 2 p.m. until 5. A Carol-Sing-Along there will be led by Mrs. Charlotte Nichols starting at four that afternoon.
Amissville Ruritans Sponsor Contest
The Chr istmas Home decorating contest sponsored by Amissville Ruritan Club will include homes in a three mile radius of Amissville, according to the contest chairman. Judging will take place one night between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, so be sure your lights are on each night. Prizes will be offered.
