Carlyle Lea, Jr., Washing* ton, Va., has been named the “Outstanding Young Man of Rappahannock County for 1964.” A committee of three county residents appointed by the Jaycee organization made the selection stating “his diligence, perseverance and conscientious activities with the Boy Scouts of America, his work as County Judge; in his church; in the Junior Chamber of Commerce and other civic organizations influenced us in making this selection."
