Pursuant to the provisions of a certain deed of trust executed by Bobby Lee Frazier and Rachael M. Frazier, his wife, to T. Carlyle Lea, Jr., Trustee, said deed of trust being dated January 24, 1963, and recorded January 25, 1963, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 78, at page 509, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, T.
