All that certain tract or parcel of land together with buildings and improvements thereon and privilege and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying, and being on the southeast side of Route 628 about one mile northeast of Washington, Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, more particularly described according to a plat prepared by Curry T.
