Virginia. The large, spacious frame residence, which has been unoccupied for years, will be renovated and refurbished by the Davises, who have sold their former home Oakton. With "Oak Hill" goes eleven acres, commanding a breathtaking view of the mountains. Mr. Davis is in the sheet metal business. Sale of the property was handled by Edward A. Harris 8t Associates of Huntly. Also moving into Rappahannock County are Mr. and Mrs. David L. Fannon of Alexandria, who have purchased a large remodeled frame home atop a knoll on U.S. 211 near Amissville. This is a 153-acre farnfy and it was sold by Col. and Mrs. Harry R. DuChaine of Lanham, Maryland.
Earlier this year the house was extensively damaged by ,, fire, but the DuChaines rebuilt the place and improved it. This property also affords' an inspiring view of the surrounding countryside. Mr. Fannon is connected with the Fannon Petroleum Services, Inc., of Alexandria. He and his wife plan to move into their new home early next month. They have attended a number of Hunt affairs in the county and are already wellacquainted here. Mr. Fannon will commute daily to his offices. This sale also was negotiated by Edward A.
