was a Sunday dinner guest of the Brownings. J. Warren Cook and son Ted Richardson Cook of Norfolk were guests from Monday until Wednesday of his parents Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Cook. The Rev. and Mrs. Claude Cook of Berryville and Mrs. Maude Sheffield and a friend from Lovingston were Saturday callers at the Cooks. Mrs. Edwin Eastham and daughter Lindsay of Front Royal and Mr. and Mrs. Phil Eastham of Hume were Sunday callers of Mrs. E. M. Eastham. Mrs. Norman Flythe and son Owen returned to their home in Spotsylvania on Saturday after spending the week in town. The latter part of the week was spent with Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller. On Thursday Mr. and Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Flythe visited Mrs. Frank Cary in Woodstock. Mrs. James Grimmer has returned from Portsmouth where she had been visiting her father Mr. P. D. Barham. She was accompanied home
