Amissville H.D. Club

Plans State Fair Trip

The Amissville Home Demonstration Club is sponsoring a trip to the State Fair at Richmond which will be held September 24 through October 2. Bus fare for the round trip will be approximately $3.50 This does not include admission to the Fair grounds. It will be necessary to have at least 37 passengers to obtain a chartered bus. To date 13 have signed to go. All 4-H Club members and H. D. Club members in the county are invited to go. 4-H Club members are admitted to the fair free on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 28 and 29 so the trip will be arranged for one of those days, if there are enough 4-H members interest ed. Please contact Mrs. Katherine Riley, any member of the Amissville H.D. Club or leave word with Miss Doris Daugher ty, Home Agent. When enough reservations are made the date, time, fare and other data will be announced.
