complete wiring of a farm that is about to receive service, certain' basic recommendations must be considered. The basic requirements of a well-planned farm wiring system are that it shall be safe, convenient, adequate, easily expanded and efficient. The first requirement, safety, will be satisfied by compliance with the National Electrical Code. The others depend upon careful planning. A wiring system, whether new or modified, should be planned and installed with out lets conveniently located for the use of modern electrical equipment. The distribution system of services, feeders and branch circuits should deliver current at proper voltage It should be a system to which changes and additions can be made easily and at a minimum expense. If it is so designed it will meet the requirements of adequacy and easy expansion and> consequently, the requirements of over-all economy.
An inadequate electrical sys tern is dangerous and out of step with the practices of National Farm Safety.
