Mr. and Mrs. M. W. Brown had as their guests for the week-end their daughter Mrs^ Elizabeth Ragan and Donald Williams of Richmond. On Sun day Mr. and Mrs. Brown were guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Gore who entertained a picnic party on the lawn of their home in Gid Brown Hollow. Mrs. R. W. Brown joined her daughter Miss Carolyn Brown in Arlington for the weekend. On Saturday they spent the day in New York attending the World's Fair. Mrs. Jennie Armentrout spent Friday with Mrs. J. Harvey Daily who is improving from a month's illness with arthritis. Callers of Mrs. Daily Sunday night were Elder and Mrs. Hollie Redmond who were enroute to their home in Front Royal after a week-end trip to Richmond.
