Mrs. Thomas D. Howie of Staunton will spend Christmas week-end with her son-in-law and daughter Judge and Mrs. T. C. Lea Jr., and children. The Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer were visitors Sunday and Monday of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Luckham in Irvington. Thursday the Glaenzer’s attended a party in honor of Miss Anne M. Alexander, who retired after forty years with the Commerce Department in Washington, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Keyser plan to spend Christmas weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Henry Keyser Jr., and family in Fairfax. Mrs. Julia Settle Easthamof Shady Side, Md. is spending the Christmas holiday with Miss Kate Walker. She was a luncheon guest Tuesday of Mrs. Luemma Moffett. Miss Dottie Davis of Madison College, and George Davis III of the University of Tennessee have arrived home to spend the Christmas holiday with their parents Mr. and Mrs. George Davis, Jr. Miss Molly Smith of Longwood College arrived home Saturday to spend the Christmas holiday with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith, Miss Lee Smith spent the weekend in Richmond visiting friends. Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Smith are expected at the home of the Smiths for Christmas week-end. Mrs. B. R. Cox has returned to her home in Staunton for a week’s Christmas visit. She
