Richmond - The State Highway Commission Wednesday announced the distribution to counties of secondary road funds totaling $61.8 rpillion for the 12 months beginning July 1, a $6.8 million increase over the current year. It’s 'the largest amount ever allocated to the 94 counties included in the 41,60p-mile secondary system, witli additional revenue provided by the 1966 General Assembly accounting for much of the increase.
