United Kingdom representative on the NATO Military Committee, w i 11 be the Minister of State in the coronation. The Pageant of Springtime, “Songs and Seasons\ with 900 young people from 15 schools and groups in the three-state area of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia will be presented twice, at 3:00 p.m. DST, immediately following the coronation on Thursday and at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. The Festival’s Grand Feature parade with S. Sgt. Barry Sadler, U.S. Special Forces, of “Green Beret’ fame, as Grand Marshal is scheduled for Friday, 1:30 p.m., DST. The parade will have an advance division of several hundred antique cars more than 50 floats and 90odd bands. Other major events on the Festival’s crowded three-day schedule are the Antique Car Meet. Apple Blossom A ir Show Twirling Meet and Shenandoah Country Music Jubilee, all on Saturday.
