Mrs. J. Slant Weaver entered the University of Virginia Hospital Tuesday of last week and remains a patient there. On Sunday she was visited by Mr. Weaver and Mrs. Nick penaranda of Fairfax, Mr. and Mrs. Leo WoodofTakoma Park, Md. and John Weaver of Washington, D. C. John Weaver had Just returned from a trip to Mexico City. Miss Phyllis Verner of Falls Church was an overnight guest last Tuesday of Mrs. Alice Verner and Mrs. Virgil Updike, who accompanied her back to Falls Church on Wed, nesday. Mrs. O. L. Watts of Amherst and Florida visited her son M. G. Watts several days this week. Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Racer and Mrs. John Gander of Front Royal were Thursday afternoon guests of Mrs. Ada Huff and family. Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Huff of Smithburg, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Johnson of Rectortown, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart White of Marshall, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Jacobs of Viewtown, Mr. and Mrs. Weakley of Amissville, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Leonard and son Timothy of Arlington and Carroll Racer, Jr. and family.
Visitors for the day of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall at Rose Hill Tuesday of last week were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Booth of San Diego, Calif. Visitors that evening were Mr. and Mrs. William A. Quasenbaugh of Greenwich. Mr8. L. J. Turner was in Richsquare, N. C. during the week-end and joined by other members of the family celebrated the birthday of her father-in-law Mr. L. G. Turner who is in a nursing home there. Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead spent from Wednesday until Friday in Williamsburg and attended a Judicial Conference Travis Dudley of New Kent, a nephew of Mrs. W.
