Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer, son Freddie spent the weekend in Radford with their daughter, Susan Schaefer, a second year student at Radford College. Visitors during the weekend of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins were Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Dodson of Rectortown, Mr. and Mrs. Stuart White of Marshall, Mr..and Mrs. Thurman Woodard, Kathy Swaine, and Patty Atkins of Warrenton. Guests on Saturday night of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Willis were Mr. and Mrs. James Thurman and Mr. and Mrs. Stuart White of Madison. Mrs. Perle Coffey and Mrs. Harry Smith visited Mrs. Ray Rector at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Rector in Winchester on Sunday. Mrs. Jerry Gossom and children recently visited Mrs. Smith in the home of Mrs. R. Updike. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jones of Richmond were weekend guests of Mrs. Andrew Sisk and on Monday they visited Mr. Sisk who is a patient in Newton D. Baker Hospital in Martlnsburg, W. Va. His condition is satisfactory. Dinner guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Hawjkins were Mr. and Mrs. Cecil 'Carder, Cecil, Jr., Jonita.and Mrs. Eartha Hawkins of Culpeper.
