Rerift flour with baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Stir in raisins and orange peri. Combine egg, milk, orange juice and oil. Add to first mixture; stir only until flour is dampened and raisins well distributed. Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 1 hour.
