When Robert Browning Reid ■on of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph <Re!d of Arlington was baptized Sunday, May 8 in the EHht Hill Methodist Church by the Rev. James Grimmer, he was the fourth generation of Reid s to be baptized in .that church. Preceding him f f ere Joseph Reid. Sr., Charles Garrison Reid and Joseph Browning Reid. Mrs. F. Downing Wood of Washington was sponsor for her nephew.

John Quaintance, a student at the College of William and Mary, spent the week-end at the home of Mrs. Mary B. Quaintance and attended the Junior-Senior Prom. Guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Aylor over the weekend were Miss Joan Kelly Aylor, Miss Sandy George of Washington, and Buddy Aylor of Falls Church. Mrs. Roy Jones of Luray was a visitor in the Aylor home on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Pillar motored to Stafford on Tuesday to visit Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Cloe, Jr. and son William Weedon. Mrs. Pillar remained for a longer visit. Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Montague spent the weekend in Montclair, N. J. with Mr. Montague's sister Mrs. Martha Beldon. They also visited Mr.
