Mrs. Lunnah Smith is busy painting a picture of Rappahannock Library which she hopes to display at the Arts and Crafts Exhibit this weekend. Other oils are of Fletcher’s Mill and Hunt Scene at the Muth farm. Both of these were winners in the summer Culpeper Art Fair. Hours for the exhibit are from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
