For the third consecutive year Randy Smith of Amissville has won the junior fox horn blowing: contest held in connection with the annual Fredericksburg Fall Festival and Dbg Mart held Saturday .October 15 at Maury Stadium in Fredericksburg. He is the 6-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Smith. Randy now has $17 in prize money and says he is going to buy, of all things, a Beagle puppy.
