The Arts and Crafts group was organized in Rappahannock County in March 1964 with the idea that there was t a 1 e n t among people which could and should be developed, and this talent might be used as a means of supplementing personal income. The group, though small, has beep successful, and some of the accomplishments of members will be' displayed this weekend at the Arts and Crafts Exhibition scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Rappahannock County Library. Hours will be from 1 p. m. to 5. p. m. all three days. Mrs. Launah Smith of Sperry, ville, will) "display some- of her fine paintings, two of which were ribbon winners in the Culpeper Art Fair held in the summer. Mrs. Smith said, “I never had a paint brush in my hand until a little over a year ago. I didn’t know I could paint."
