Willis, Jr. Miss Rowzie is a graduate of Rappahannock County. High School and attended the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, ,Va. She is employed at the Fauquier National Bank of Warrenton, Warrenton, Va. Rev. Willis was graduated from Culpeper County High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and received his Bachelor of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Ky. He is pastor of Red Lane Baptist Church in Powhatan County. A December wedding is planned.
