DEFENDANTS.
The object of this suit is to partition title to the lands of William J. Rutherford and Caroline V. Rutherford in the above-mentioned Bill of Complaint, to certain land in Wakefield Magisterial District. Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 14.7 acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
An affidavit having been made and tiled that the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addiesses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below*.

It is oideted that the said non •csident Defendants. Carolyn Smoot Evans and Florence Rutherford Smith, and the said persons made D< feiulants by the general description “I nknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title. \( such there be. and or unknown pal ties” do appeal within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is «cressaiy to protect their interests.
It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive
weeks in the Rappahannock! .News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof, to each of the said defendants at the post office addiesses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry «• f this Order of Publication and file a t*< 11ificatc of the 'fact in the papers of this case.
