Indoor Carnival Saturday At Chester Gap
The Chester Gap Volunteer Firemen will sponsor an Indoor Carnival Saturday night November 19, starting at 7 o'clock at the Fire Hall. Every one is invited to an evening of fun and to help a worthy cause.

Convenes
The November term of Rappahannock County Circuit Court convened Monday with Judge R. V. Snead presiding. A grand jury handed down two indictments against Carl Davis Smoot, Washington, Va. One for the malicious shooting and wounding of Rannie Fine ham and'the other for* shooting into an occupied vehicle. Trial date was set for December 8 at 10 a. m. Members of the grand jury were J. N. Miller, foreman, A. H. Buckner III, H. B. Winfrey, Luther S. Jenkins, Jr. and W. G. Eastham. On November 25 at 10 a. m. the case of the Commonwealth versus William E. Sisk is scheduled to be heard. This is a manslaughter charge resulting when three people were i killed in a traffic collision.
