Ralph Sparling of Bethesda, Md. has assumed duties as the manager of Skyline Ski Area located in Harris Hollow near the Town of Washington. Though Mr. Sparling Is a native New Yorker, he has lived in the metropolitan area, mostly Montgomery County, Md. since 1950. He has been a restauranteer and resort man ager.
