Frank Wait Spalding of Flint Hill died November 11, 1966 at Warren Memorial Hospital following-a long illness; He was 85. Mr. Spalding was associated with the Continental Illinois Bank and Trust Company'of Chicago, Illinois, serving as Trust Officer for 50 years before his retirement. Surviving aye his wife Mrs. Roberta Kendrick Spalding of Flint Hill; a son, Frank Wait Spalding, Jr., of Morristpwn, N. J.; a brother, Dr. OliVer Spalding of Oshkosh, Wisconsin and a step-son, Robert L. Massie, Jr. of Richmond. Also 1 grandchild and three greatgrandchildren.
A graveside funeral was held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Prospect hill Cemetery, Front Royal, officiated by the Rev. Charles F. Glaenzer, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington, Va. Pallberares were Robert Lillard, Clyde Lillard, M. R. Bradford, Jr., Paul L. Miller, H. S. Barksdale, Jack Lillard, M. H. Brady and Herbert Foster. Maddox Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
