Mr. and Mrs. Milton Sisk of Sperryville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessie Louise, to Charles William Settle, Jr. of Culpeper. He is the son of Mrs. Charlie Settle and the late Mr. Settle of Estes. Miss Sisk was graduated from Rappahannock County High School in 1963. She is employed at Bingham & Taylor Corp., Culpeper. Her fiance is employed by Meadow Gold Ice Cream Company, Culpeper. A December wedding is planned.
