The decision of the three Judges sitting on the boundary case, according to a report in the Clerk’s Office, was that the lines presently being used in their opinion is the true boundary line. They did not approve any changes. It was further decided that Rappahannock would pay half of the cost of the survey and Culpeper pay half of the survey costs in the CulpeperRappahannock case and that Rappahannock pay half of the survey cost and Madison pay half of the survey cost in the Madison-Rappahannock case. Each county would pay its own witness fees and commissioners fee8 and that Rappahannock reimburse Madison and Culpeper counties for any clerk and sheriff fees. Cost of marking the line with permanent markers would be borne half by Rappahannock and half by Culpeper on that boundary 1.15 and half by Rappahannock • and half by Madison on that boundary line. A final order has not been filed and the costs have not been finalized or fully disbursed.
