Tour to Penna.
The Home Economics County Executive Committee is sponsoring a trip to points of interest around Hershey, Pa. on Saturday, August 5. This is the first time a trip of this type has been planned and county participation is needed to make it successful. The tour is being planned in connection with the program theme of Home and Community Beautification. The group will tour the Hershey Gardens, the Museum and the Chocolate plant (if open). The approximate cost will be $6.15 per person. Any interested person is welcome to make the tour. If you are interested in attending, please contact Mrs. Robert B. Settle, Amissville (937-3499) or the county extension office, no later than July 24 as it is necessary to make commitments regarding a bus.
