According to Irooper J. b. Willis, the operator loist con-; trol of the van, ran off the j right, struck the guard rail,! went back into the highway, j then off the right again and; struck the bridge rail, veered; acr oss the road and stru ck the left bridge railing. Brown sustained lacera tions of the face, a fracturec' left arm, abrasions of the j dght arm and a bruised hip. He was taken to Warren Memo'rial Hospital by Rappahannock Res cue Squad. The van was carrying wi hite mice and rabbits, some of which were killed in thecriish said Trooper Willis. Brown was charged with re ckless driving.
At 11:45 Saturday two v. ehicles collided on Route 6*12 just east of Amissville. In - volved in the crash was a 196 5 Chevrolet pick up owned b;y George A. Beebe of Castletor i and operated by his son Warren Beebe, 16 and a 67 Oldsmobile station wagon owned by Richard G, Baridon of Wash-i ington, D. C. and operated by Nancy Chandler Longerbeam,! also 16, of Culpeper. According to Trooper J. B. Willis, the vehicles met on a slight curve and the truck! sideswiped the Olds. Beebe j was charged with reckless driving and no valid operator’s license.
