Mrs. E. w. Haley lett Wednesday for her home in St. Louis, Mo. after visiting her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. John R. DeBergh and family at Ivy Cliff.
Miss Carolyn Johnston and Miss Ann Miktarian, students at R. P. I., were week-end guests of Miss Johnston’s par ents Mr. and Mrs. T. Morgan Johnston. Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer were visitors Saturday after noon of Miss Genella McGhee in Bedford and over-night guests of friends in Coving ton, visiting White Sulphur Springs and other points of interest on Sunday. Miss Amy Palmer was the week-end guest of Miss Carter Moffett. Dr. and Mrs. Gordon Lindenblad and three children of Ridgewood, N. J. were visitors from Thursday until Sunday of Mrs. Lindenblad’s broth er-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. W. Arthur Miller at Mt. Prospect. On Friday Mr. and Mrs. Mil ler and Dr. and Mrs. Lindenblad attended the marriage of Miss Virginia Armistead Brent, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.
