Mr. and Mrs. George Butler, Jr. and family of Herndon have been spending the past week vacationing with their parents, Mrs. Mary Baker oi Winston, and Mr. and Mrs. George Butler, Sr. of Boston. Mrs. Florence Rogers oi Ipfister, Fla. spent the past j week-end with Mrs. Dorothy : Pierce. She was enroute tc her summer home in Erie, Pa. Thursday dinner guests oi Mr. and Mrs. Tom Thornhill and daughter Luellen were Mrs., French E. Monroe oi Middleburg, Mr. and Mrs. French E. Monroe, Jr. of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. David Smith and son of Uppervllle and Brew Burke. Mrs. William Morian of Washington, D. C. was their week-end guest. Other Sunday dinner guests were Miss Peggy Burke of Silver Spring, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thornhill and daughter Venie and miss Eleanor Fincham of Culpeper and Rannie Burke. Mrs. Cary Thornhill is spend ing this week in Vienna witt her son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thornhill and family. Mrs. Ollie Butler returnee home Friday from Culpepei Memorial Hospital. She is re:overing satisfactorily follow ing surgery.
