i Miss Peggy Hitt returned to her home yesterday after a, visit with Mr. and Mrs. Neil! Weible and family in Ma-j nassas. Paula St. Clair and Susan Latham returned to their homes Saturday after attend-: ing 4-H camp at Appomattox For a week. Wendell Latham is attending a Teacher’s Conference this week in Blacksburg. During his absence, Mrs. Latham is visiting her parents Mr. and, Mrs. T. C. Barron. Mrs. F. L. Bowey and Mrs. S. W. Riley were in Fairfax Monday to attend a H. D. picnic at the home of Mrs. Jessica Ellis. Mrs. A. C. Latham entertained with a cookout Sunday evening in honor of the birthdays of Mrs. W. L. Payne, Wendell Latham, C. A. Smith and F. L. Bowey. Other guests included Mr. Payne, Mrs. Bowey and Mrs. Wendell Latham.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kindred of Titusville, Pa. were guests from Saturday through Tuesday of last week of their son and daughter-in-law the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred. A birthday celebration was held July 3 in honor of John Kindred. Thursday visitors of the Kindreds were Mrs. Andrew Oakes and son Donn of Boynton Beach, Fla. who were enroute to Pennsylvania to visit relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Byrne Walter of Warrenton were Sunday visitors of Mrs. J. L. Walter. Chuckle Boone of Warrenton was a visitor Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Riley and in the afternoon enjoyed a hike on Skyline Drive with Mr. Riley.
