Farmers who do not have storage for their wheat this year should discuss their situation with the committeemen or office manager of theASCS county office, H. S. Barksdale, Chairman, Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation County Committee said today. Where the market price offered for wheat is below the local loan rate and growers participating in the wheat program have not been able to take out price-support loans because of storage space for wheat is not available, farmers may immediately deliver their wheat crop for purchase by the ASCS county office, thus eliminating the storage
