With this Seal-Vac unit, the stacked silage does not have to be packed as we recommend for a stack or trench silo. The evacuation of the air will compress the silage equal to or better than packing. Of course, if a truck or tractor and wagon are to be run over the silage when forming the stack, it must be packed to permit them to move over it.

Crop Record" books gotten out J by Virginia Tech Agronomist| are now available. Each book provides space for a six-year history for eight fields. Farmers having more fields than this can get additional copies.
