Mrs. L. J. Turner and Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. returned Monday from a ten day Lincoln bus tour of the New England states, including Cape Cod, Mass., Arcadia National Park on Mt. Desert Island, Maine, as well as Hershey, Pa. and the Pennsylvania Dutch country. One night was spent in Hanover, N. H. where Mrs. Turner’s son Dr. L. John Turner is taking gra duate work at Dartmouth College. Dr. and Mrs. J. W. Clark of Martinsville are visiting Dr. Clark’s sister Mrs. Matilda Walker this week. On Tuesday 18 members of the Medical Mission Sisters from Washington, D. C. spent the day at Avon Hall, guests of Mr. and Mrs. William M. Carrigan. The Sisters operate 35 hospitals and clinics through out the world, mostly in India, Pakistan and other Asian countries. Miss Elizabeth Maynard of Washington, D. C. was the
