Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Ramey left last week for a vacation in Florida. Mrs. Iris Brooke returned December 9 by plane to National Airport after several months visit with relatives and friends in Texas and New Mexico. She is making her home with her son-in-law and daughter Lt. Col. and Mrs. Norman Wilbur. Mr. and Mrs. John Campre of Culpepeor were Sunday after noon guests of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Powers. Mrs. Joseph Powers was at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville on Monday of last week for a check-up following surgery and returned again on Friday for extensive tests. Miss Edith Driscoll of Culpeper was a Sunday guest of Miss Kathy Powers.
