Ihus a person needs to nour ish his spiritual being by attending Sunday School and Church. So often we hear, “I'll not be associated with that bunch of hypocrites referring to a Sunday School class or congregation". All I’ve got to say on this is we have §unday Schools and churches for sinners; and there is a church! almost within walking distance! of any Rappahannock citizen] who really wants to attend. And from a recent article in the news, the Board of Supervisors endorsed the ef! fort being made to establish a nearby community college which will offer opportunities to develop more skills. Many people look upon 4-H as being concerned only with those youth interested in agriculture or home economics. Such is not the case at all. There are many projects unrelated to these topics: entomology, electricity, dog care and training, automotive care and safety and the most recent new project is on veterinary.
Those of you who may not be in school can be in 4-H Maybe your church or Sunday School will sponsor acommun ity 4-H Club. Such can be of great service to the sponsor and to the community. 4-H will not replace a trade school but opportunities it offers can go a long way in improving: skills of our youth,
