Holidays Noted for Rapppahannock Nat. Bank

Rappahannock National Banl$ Washington, Va. will be closed for Christmas Holidays all day Saturday, December 23, 1967 and on Christmas Day, December 25. However, on Friday, December 22, the bank will be open for the usual hours and in addition will be open from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. that day.

Woodville Baptist Holds

Annual Christinas Banquet

The 8th annual Christmas banquet for members and friends of the Woodville Baptist Church was held at the Parsonage on December 17. Guest speaker for the occasion was Mr. L. Starke Jones of the Virginia Baptist Home, Culpeper and he used for his inspirational message "The Legend of the Gifts Brought to Jesus by the Wisemen." Attending and enjoying the turkey dinner complete with trimmings were: Mr. and Mrs Starke Jones, Mr. and Mrs. James Falls, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson, Miss Mattie Rector, Mrs. H. B. Wood, Sr., Mrs. H. B. Wood, Jr., Lee Payne, Jean and Janet Payne, J. M. O’Bannon, Martha Lou O’Bannon, Mrs Clifton Clark, Misty Lynn Hitt Mrs. Weldon Burke, Betty Lou Atkins, Wendy and Bridget Brown, Franklin Hitt, Jimmy Orange, Rev. and Mrs. B. G. Titchenell, Leslie, Mike, Bobby and Sue Titchenell.
