Major and Mrs. Millard Pedersen and three children were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith and Mr. and Mrs. D. B. Smith The Pedersen family have recently returned from a tour 01 duty in Germany. Mrs. Rayner V. Snead, Jr. of Ft. Bragg, N. C. will spend the Christmas holidays with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith at Spring House Farm. Mrs. Sally Fincham of Forestville, Md. was an overnight guest Friday of her sister Mrs. David Streagle. Sunday afternoon guests were Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Kephard and Mrs. C. C. Cockerill of Hern don. SR David Palmer left Tuesday for duty in Memphis, Tennessee after spending a two week leave with his parents Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Palmer. Mr. and Mrs. Field Benton and son Hugh of Middleboro, Ky. will arrive today to spend the holidays with Mrs. Benton’s brother-in-law and sister Judgp and Mrs. B. M. Miller on Mt. Salem Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall and daughter Mrs. Virginia Kuhn will be Christmas Day dinner guests of Dr. and Mrs. L. T. Callahan at Club Manor.
