Rappahannock Rescue Squad on Friday took Bub Dennis to the University Hospital in Charlottesville. On Saturday a Mr. Wharton was taken from home at Five Forks to the Culpeper Hospital. Mrs. Lily Clatterbuck was taken to Culpeper Hospital for treatment and an accident victim taken from the Ski area to the Culpeper Hospital. On Sunday both ambulances were used to take persons from the Ski area to the Culpeper Hospital. The Washington Fire Company reported to a field and orchard fire Monday on the R. V. Snead property. Amissville Fire Company was called to a field fire Feb ruary 7 on Route 211 across the road from Ned Stringfellows. The next day they responded to a field fire at the Sherman place on Route 621. The company answered an 'alarm to a chimney fire at 'Hardy Rosenberger's February 13. The Ami6sville Rescue Squad took Dawn Williams to Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton on February 8.
