W. G. Roach Paving Co., Inc. of Warrenton, Va. and of Rush River Enterprises of Washington, Virginia have applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-36 of ithc Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The above named applicant desires to re-open and extend the existing quarry and to establish a stone processing plant or plants on the land of Holmes and Davis south of Highway No. 211 and east of Rush River. Equipment to be modern with latest and most effective dust control features.

A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the Gth day of March, 1068, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Va.
