Route 211, Project 0211-078-102, RW203, and it appearing that in addition to the known defendants who are named as defendants in this it is believed that there are other heirs and farties in interest and it is therefore ORDERED that Or'4-* of Publication be had against any and all other persons who are or claim to be heirs nt law, legatees or distributees of the estate of Lewis Jett who aro made parties defendant under the general description of parties unknown, not residents of the State of Virginia.
And an affidavit having been filed that the defendants named herein are not residents of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that they do appear here within ten (10) days after due publication hereof and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
