E. F. Dodson
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 10 at Geest Funeral Chapel in Culpeper for Elwood Franklin Dodson, 64, of Woodville who died Tuesday, February 6, 1968 following a sudden illness. Burial was in Washington Masonic Cemetery. The Rev. Mack Morgan officiated. He was a native of Rappahannock County, son of the late Stephen Douglas Dodson and Mary Jane Dodson. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nellie Elizabeth Dodson, five sons, Haywood F. Dodson of Ami8sville, John T. Dodson and Jacob I. B. Dodson, both of Woodville, Elwood M. Dod-1 son of Warrenton and Stephen Douglas Dodson of Culpeper; one daughter, Mrs. James Jen kins of Germany; one brother, Stephen D. Dodson of Winchester; and four sisters, Mrs Edith Whorton of Woodville, Mrs. Ethel Petty of Culpeper, Mrs. Rosie Elliott of Rockville, Md., and Mrs. Isra Atkins of Sperryville. Another sister. Miss Hattie Dodson, died January 19.
