Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Willard Truett of Lenoir City, Tennessee announce the engagement of their daughter, Jerrene Hope, to George Hiter Davis III, son of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Davis, Jr., Washington, Virginia. Miss Truett is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Moher of Lenoir City and the late Mr. and Mrs. William T. Truett of Andrews, North Carolina. She attended the University of Tennessee and is presently employed at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Mr. Davis is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin R. Cox, Washington, Virginia and Dr. and Mrs. G. H. Davis, Warrenton. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a B. A. degree in History and was a member of Phi Kappa psi social fraternity there. He was graduated from ttye University of Tennessee College of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence and while there was associated with phi Delta Legal fraternity. A summer wedding is planned.

Thompsen, Mrs. RoyL. Reev$ Mrs. R. E. Wood, Mrs. R. E. Patzig, Mrs. Elmo Flynt, Mrs J. P. Snead, Jr., Mrs. Cosie Sullivan and Mrs. Edward Haggerty. High scorers were Mrs. Quaintance and Mrs. Suit ivan. Bingo was won by Mrs. Thompsen.
