Noting the growing popularity of miniature motorcyIcles, Colonel H. W. Burgess, Superintendent of State Police and Chairman of the Governor’s Highway Safety Committee, today warned that they are officially motor vehicles when operated on other than private property. This means, he said, that the driver must be of age and licensed; the motorcycles must themselves be registered, licensed and insured, or the owner must have paid the uninsured motorist’s fee, land the driver is subject to [the same traffic laws that japply to other motorists.
