The first traffic, fatality in Rappahannock County occurred Tuesday night when Robert Lee Dodson of Washington, Va. was killed in a crash just outside the town on Route 211. He was a passenger in this vehicle and was thrown through the windshield by the impact. Investigating officer J. B. Willis snid he was certain that this was a case in which a seat belt would have saved a life. Other picture inside.
