Helpful To Many
Numerous children, students in the elementary schools of Rappahannock, have received! dental care since the opening ' of a dental clinic in the county several years ago. Many of \ these youngsters had never j been to a dentist or received any dental care prior to this time, and were it not for the clinic, some possibly would never receive any dental at- i tention. There has not been' an established dentist in the! county for many years. The dental health program: was initiated with funds from
a private foundation and otherj local contributions which are matched by state funds. The clinic serves indigent patients as well as those who are able to pay a nominal fee for its service.
