It seems probably that this amount could be provided by a combination of funds from the Farmer’s Home Administration and the Water Pollution Control Administration. It is recommended that plans be developed for the Sperryville Sewerage System.
The above preliminary costs and rates are set forth in the aforesaid report of Martin-t lifford & Associates, and shall be subject to increase and other adjustments to the extent found necessary.
