porntion shall be executed on behalf of the Hoard of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, by the Chairman of the said Board and the seal of the Board shall be affixed thereto and attested by the Clerk of the said Board, and such officers are hereby authorized, empowered, and directed to do all things necessary and appropriate to cause said Authority to be created under the provisions of the "Virginia Water and Sewer Authorities Act”.
Section Five: After the adoption of this resolution a public hearing thereon, ns required by Section 15.11243, Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, shall be held in the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on May 3rd, 1968, at 10:00 o'clock a.m.
Section Six: The Clerk of this Board shall be and is hereby directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published as required by Section 15.1-1243, Code of Virginin, 1950, ns amended, at least one time in tie Rnppahnnnock News, a newspaper of zeneral circulation in said County together with a notice stating that on a day certain not less than ten drys after publication of said notice, a public hearing will be held on such resolution:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARISH “Notice la hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the ‘Virginia Water and Sewer Authorities Act’, tSectlon 13.1-1239 to 15.1-1270, inclusive. Code of Virginia. 1950, ns amended) a public hearing shall he held In the Court House at Washington, Virginia on the 3rd day of May, 1968, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., on the resolution hereitofore adopted by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County. Virginia signifying its Intention to create Rappahannock County Water & Sewer Authority for the purpose set forth in said resolution."
